Because we are a small company this role will require a hybrid of skills and will cross over into quite a few areas of our business.

Crush is an independent agency made up of a core team of thinkers, graphic designers and illustrators connecting to a wider family of talented filmmakers, photographers, animators and coders.
We have an impressive client list from around the world, including Greenpeace, Nickelodeon, Siemens, Comedy Central, Disney & MTV to name a few. We also create projects for all the major publishing houses in the UK & US such as Penguin & Harper Collins.
Roles & skills required:
- New business development
- Developing new client leads
- Experience in cold lead generation
- Database creation and updates
- Social media promotions
- Creating PR interest
- Project management skills
- Project documentation
- Creation of Project details
- Creating estimates
- Monitoring project budgets
- Create and monitor project timelines
- Client liaison
- Event management (we host Glug Brighton)
- Studio management
- Work alongside the creative and accounts team
