Ring the NEW WORK bells...
Following the success of our Sussex creative campaign #knifefree, Leicestershire Police asked us to talk to teenagers and young people to respectfully educate them about the dangers of carrying a knife.
Our approach was to use powerful inclusive statements to build a sense of community and ‘oneness’ instead of finger pointing and blaming. We employed empowering language and a future facing visual language inspired by sport, fashion & music to relate to our audience. Secondary information about the consequences of carrying a knife was included in the communication but the overall messaging was empowering & positive.
Assets created for the campaign included a full suite of animated social media posts, out of home advertising, flyers, conversation guide and artwork for surrender bins.
