Ushers New Look Foundation

Usher Raymond IV’s New look Foundation ensures young people have the tools they need to be global leaders. Every year, New Look mentors hundreds of youth in the U.S as they discover their power as global leaders. Crush were commissioned by Turner in Atlanta to re-brand the organization. We developed all the brand and marketing assets for the year ahead.
Global poverty animation

We were delighted to get involved in this exciting project for the charity Tearfund to create an inspiring animated film that would encourage people around the world to pray for global poverty. The One Voice film had to appeal across cultures and spread messages of hope through positive thought. It will be shown around the world as part of the global poverty campaign.

It’s Christmas!

It is officially Christmas at Crush Towers. The tree is up, the tunes are on and mince pies are being consumed at an alarming rate.

Glug Brighton Skulls Charity Auction

We are very excited to tell you that the ceramic skulls from the last
Glug Brighton are now finished and are online for a special charity auction.
These unique hand painted skulls have been designed by a host of
talented illustrators and designers. All proceeds will be donated to
local children's charity Rockinghorse,
who bring hope to families in challenging times, improving the quality
of life for some of the most vulnerable children in Sussex and Surrey.
The auction has just gone live on eBay and finishes next Friday 17th December at 10.30am.

Customised Glug Skulls in all their glory

Rosie updated our Flickr page today with the 10 customised ceramic skulls which were painted live at the last Glug Brighton event. We plan to auction these very soon and raise money for the childrens charity 'Rockinghorse' (www.rockinghorse.org.uk/)The images were beautifully shot by our best friend photographer Richard Rowland (www.richardrowland.co.uk/). A civilised start

The Christmas party started off in quite a civilised fashion as we ice skated on the new rink set to the back drop of the Brighton Pavillion. Only one wet bottom and no teeth lost. We counted the lack of injuries as a victory and headed off for the messier part of the evening... which we don’t talk about.

We often get asked to design book covers here at Crush, and when we get to work we always present 3 or 4 different ideas. Therefore not all the covers make it through the selection process and onto the bookshop shelves. Hmmm, that means loads of great work that no one gets to see. Well not anymore, because we have created a Flickr set with 'the ones that got away'. We have just updated this including some cover designs for the Philip Pullman book - The Good Man Jesus And The Scoundrel Christ.
